(71) For instance, the Commission has in the past defined separate markets for certain foodstuffs despite them having the same intended use for human nutrition. See, for example, case M.7220 Chiquita Brands International/Fyffes, paragraphs 29-34, where the Commission defined bananas as a distinct product market from other fresh fruit.
