(72) See, for example, case AT.38477 British Airways/SN Brussels, paragraphs 18-21 and 23, where despite the differences between rail transport and air services for the route between Brussels and London in terms of product characteristics, the evidence available indicated that intermodal competition existed between them, which led the Commission to conclude that the relevant market was broader than the direct air services and included rail transport.
