The purpose of this document, which is based on Article 6(10), second subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 on machinery (1) (‘the Regulation’), is to provide guidance only on matters related to the collection of the data and the information referred to in Article 6(5), points (a) to (d), of that Regulation and on the filling of the standardised template set out in the Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1922 (2) (‘the Template’).
