COMMISSION NOTICE Guidance to the Member States for the collection of the data and the information referred to in Article 6 (5), points (a) to (d), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and the Council · European Union

In addition, under Article 6(10), second subparagraph, of the Regulation, the Commission shall issue guidance to Member States on the collection and transmission of comparable, high-quality data and information. The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Member States, as provided for in Article 6(10), second subparagraph, of the Regulation.
