COMMISSION NOTICE Guidance to the Member States for the collection of the data and the information referred to in Article 6 (5), points (a) to (d), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and the Council · European Union

Pursuant to Article 6(9) of the Regulation, the Template shall be filled-in and submitted by 20 July 2025, and every five years thereafter. The Template, submitted in a given year (Y), covers data and information concerning a period of five years as indicated in the relevant columns of the Template. In the context of the Template: It is preferable that the Template is filled-in in the English language. Each Member State should fill-in and submit only one template, in excel format, including all data related to that Member State. The template can be submitted electronically via the relevant functional mailbox.
