‘Indications of harm’ relates to the information such as: the nature of the hazard causing the harm, inherent to the function of the category of machinery or related product, taking into account the intended use and any reasonably foreseeable misuse; the duration of the exposure to the hazard; the severity of harm suffered, including the degree of reversibility of that harm; the number of persons affected by the harm; other relevant information.
