such machinery or related product is the ‘Material Agent’ associated to: the ‘Specific Physical Activity' (that is to say: the tool, object, or instrument being used by the victim when the accident happened, just before the accident); or the “Deviation” (that is to say, where the circumstances of the accident differed from normal practice and the machinery or related product was the tool, object, or instrument involved in the abnormal event); or the “Contact - Mode of Injury” (that is to say, where the machinery or related product was the tool, object, or instrument which caused the victim a physical or psychological injury; and
