COMMISSION NOTICE Guidance to the Member States for the collection of the data and the information referred to in Article 6 (5), points (a) to (d), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and the Council · European Union

The greyed cells cover categories of machinery or related products for which non-professional uses are not found. Therefore, they should not be filled in. Other than those, no cells should be left empty. When the number of occurrences in a given year is indicated to be zero, it should be clarified in column thirty-eighth whether there is a lack of data or there are no occurrences.
