(25) Article 29b Accounting Directive. These ESRS include both the first set of sector-agnostic ESRS (which have been adopted by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772) and the sector-specific ESRS (to be adopted by the Commission by 30 June 2026).
