(28) A ‘digital taxonomy’ is a set of rules (which will be adopted by way of an amendment to Commission Delegated Regulation 2019/815) that will set out how to mark-up the information within the sustainability statement – which has to be included in a management report drawn-up in XHTML format – in order for the sustainability statement to become machine-readable.
