(14) Adopting and implementing any of the measures set out in these guidelines does not entail compliance with the GDPR or any other applicable data protection law. In determining compliance with Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, responsible authorities are therefore encouraged to cooperate with data protection authorities.
