(71) The Commission recalls that per its Article 2(4) Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, it is without prejudice to Directive 2010/13/EU, Union law on copyright and related rights, Regulation (EU) 2021/784, Regulation (EU) 2019/1148, Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, Union law on consumer protection and product safety (including Directive (EU) 2005/29 and Union law on the protection of personal data, Union law in the field of judicial cooperation in civil matters, Union law in the field of judicial cooperation in criminal matters and a Directive laying down harmonised rules on the appointment of legal representatives for the purpose of gathering evidence in criminal proceedings. Further, it shall not affect the application of Directive 2000/31/EC. Under Article 91 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Commission is mandated to evaluate and report, by 17th November 2025, on the way that this Regulation interacts with other legal acts, in particular the acts referred to above.
