COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMMISSION Guidelines on measures to ensure a high level of privacy, safety and security for minors online, pursuant to Article 28(4) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 · European Union

92. The Commission will review these guidelines as soon as this is necessary and at the latest after a period of 12 months, in view of practical experience gained in the application of Article 28(1) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and the pace of technological, societal, and regulatory developments in this area. 93. The Commission will encourage providers of online platforms accessible to minors, Digital Services Coordinators, national competent authorities, the research community and civil society organisations to contribute to this process. Following such a review, the Commission may, in consultation with the European Board for Digital Services, decide to amend these guidelines.
