(30) It should be noted that the products that are covered in the scope of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (OJ L 151, 7.6.2019, p. 70–115)), need to comply with its accessibility requirements. The directive requires economic operators to ensure that these products are accompanied by instructions and safety information in a language which can be easily understood by consumers and other end-users. This includes persons with disabilities and that information is to be accessible by complying with the accessibility requirements of Annex I of the Directive.
