Schedule 4., Part I, paragraph 5(1)

Goods— bailed under a hire-purchase agreement or a consumer hire agreement, or agreed to be sold under a conditional sale agreement, are, where the relevant agreement has not been terminated, excluded from the application of this Act except during the period between the service of a default notice under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 in respect of the goods and the date on which the notice expires or is earlier complied with.
