Schedule A1, Part 4, paragraph 13(2)

A decision of the Tribunal disposing of an appeal shall— state whether it was unanimous or taken by majority; and be recorded in a document which— contains a statement of the reasons for the decision and any other specified information; and is signed and dated by a member of the panel of chairmen.
