Section 130A(7)

This section does not apply in relation to post-judgment interest which is required to be paid by virtue of any of the following— section 4 of the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 1972; Article 127 of the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981; section 74 of the County Courts Act 1984.
