Section 160(4)

If within 28 days after receiving the information given to the consumer under subsection (3), or such longer period as the FCA may allow, the consumer— the FCA may direct the agency to give the FCA a copy of the file, and the FCA may disclose to the consumer such of the information on the file as the FCA thinks fit. gives notice to the FCA that the consumer is dissatisfied with the information, and satisfies the FCA that the consumer has taken such steps in relation to the agency as may be reasonable with a view to removing the cause of the consumer’s dissatisfaction, and pays the FCA the prescribed fee,
