Section 187(3)

Arrangements shall be disregarded for the purposes of subsection (1) or (2) if— they are arrangements for the making, in specified circumstances, of payments to the supplier by the creditor, and the creditor holds himself out as willing to make, in such circumstances, payments of the kind to suppliers generally.
