Section 188

Schedule 2 shall have effect for illustrating the use of terminology employed in this Act. The examples given in Schedule 2 are not exhaustive. In the case of conflict between Schedule 2 and any other provision of this Act, that other provision shall prevail. The Treasury may by order amend Schedule 2 by adding further examples or in any other way.
