Section 189D

For the period beginning on the date when this section comes into force and ending on 31st March 2014, the table in Schedule 2A is to be read as if it included the following entries— - improver - first bill payer - improver (including an improver who is not an individual) - current bill payer - previous bill payer - improver - first bill payer, except for the purposes of subsection (1)(b) - improver - first bill payer - improver - current bill payer - previous bill payer - current bill payer - previous bill payer - improver (including an improver who is not an individual) - current bill payer - previous bill payer This section ceases to have effect on 1st April 2014.
