There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament— all expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of this Act; any expenses incurred in consequence of those provisions by any other Minister of the Crown or Government department; any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under the Superannuation Act 1972 or the Fair Trading Act 1973. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
