Section 72(2)

In this section— “the possessor ” means the person who has acquired possession of the goods as mentioned in subsection (1), “the other party ” means the person from whom the possessor acquired possession, and “the pre-cancellation period ” means the period beginning when the possessor acquired possession and ending with the cancellation.
