Schedule 1, paragraph 2(1)

In section 6 of the 1949 Act, at the end of the proviso to subsection (3) (post-dating of application) there shall be inserted and— no application shall, on or after the appointed day, be postdated under this subsection to a date which is that of the appointed day or which falls after it ”
