Schedule 4, paragraph 7(3)

Where the comptroller has made such an order before that day, then, without prejudice to section 16(1) or section 17(2)(a) of the Interpretation Act 1978, section 42 shall continue to apply to the patent concerned on and after that day as if this Act had not been enacted.
