Schedule A1, paragraph 10(2)

Sub-paragraph (1) shall not have effect to restrict disclosure of information— for the purposes of, or in connection with, establishing the amount to be paid to the holder of rights pursuant to paragraph 3 and obtaining payment of that amount, for the purposes of, or in connection with, establishing whether a patent has been infringed, or for the purposes of, or in connection with, any proceedings for the infringement of a patent.
