In this Schedule “relevant statutory provisions” means— the provisions of this Act which, by virtue of paragraph 2, apply in relation to the European patent with unitary effect, and the other provisions of this Act which, by virtue of the Unitary Patent Regulation, are to be treated as applying in relation to the European patent with unitary effect (see, in particular, Article 7 of that Regulation).
