Schedule A4, paragraph 5

In this Schedule— “Article 32(1) action” means an action listed in Article 32(1) of the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court; “basic patent” has the same meaning as in Article 1(c) of Regulation (EC) No 469/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6th May 2009 concerning the supplementary protection certificate for medicinal products; and “Rules of Procedure” has the same meaning as in the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court.
