Section 127(2)

Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect for securing that certain provisions of the 1949 Act shall continue to apply on and after the appointed day to— a patent granted before that day; an application for a patent which is filed before that day, and which is accompanied by a complete specification or in respect of which a complete specification is filed before that day; a patent granted in pursuance of such an application.
