Section 132(4)

This Act applies to acts done in an area designated by order under section 1(7) of the Continental Shelf Act 1964, or specified by Order under section 10(8) of the Petroleum Act 1998 in connection with any activity falling within section 23(2) of that Act, as it applies to acts done in the United Kingdom.
