Schedule 1, paragraph 8

In relation to a contract under which goods were sold before 1 January 1968 or (in the application of this Act to Northern Ireland) 29 August 1967, add the following paragraph at the end of section 22(1):— Nothing in this subsection affects the law relating to the sale of horses.
