Schedule 2, paragraph 16

In section 14(1) of the Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act 1973 (as originally enacted and as substituted by Schedule 4 to the Consumer Credit Act 1974) for “Section 11(1)(c) of the principal Act” substitute “ Section 11(4) of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 ”.
