Schedule 15, paragraph 10A(3)

Section 322A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (orders as to costs where no hearing or inquiry takes place) shall apply in relation to a hearing or local inquiry under paragraph 7 or 8 in England as it applies in relation to a hearing or local inquiry for the purposes referred to in that section.
