Schedule 15, paragraph 11(2)

A notice under sub-paragraph (1) shall be given— by publication in the manner required by paragraph 3(2)(a); by serving a like notice on any persons on whom notices were required to be served under paragraph 3(2)(b) or (4); and by causing like notices to be displayed in the like manner as the notices required to be displayed under paragraph 3(2)(c).
