Schedule 15, paragraph 13(2)

In this Schedule— “ council offices ” means offices or buildings acquired or provided by the authority or by a local authority; “ local authority ” means a non-metropolitan district council , a parish . . . council or the parish meeting of a parish not having a separate parish council but, in relation to Wales, means a community council ; “ order ” means an order to which the provisions of this Schedule apply; “ prescribed ” means prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
