Schedule 7, paragraph 5(3)

For subsection (1) of section 12 of that Act (orders) there shall be substituted the following subsections— Any power to make orders under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument. A statutory instrument containing an order under section 1(2) or 3(4) of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament. No order under section 10A(4) of this Act shall be made unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
