Schedule 7, paragraph 7(1)

In subsection (1)(c) of section 10 of the Conservation of Seals Act 1970 (power to grant licences), the word “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (ii) shall be omitted and after sub-paragraph (iii) there shall be inserted the words or the protection of flora or fauna in an area to which subsection (4) of this section applies,
