Schedule 7, paragraph 7(3)

After subsection (3) of that section there shall be inserted the following subsection— This subsection applies to any area which— is a nature reserve within the meaning of section 15 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 ; has been notified under section 28(1) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (areas of special scientific interest) ; is an area to which section 29(3) of that Act (special protection for certain areas of special scientific interest) applies ; or has been designated as a marine nature reserve under section 36 of that Act.
