That may include provision as to— how species control operations are to be carried out; payment to be made by the environmental authority to— an owner, in respect of the reasonable costs of operations to be carried out by the owner, or another person, in respect of the reasonable costs of operations to be carried out by an owner; payment that an owner must make in respect of the reasonable costs of species control operations to be carried out by the environmental authority; species control operations that an owner must not carry out; who will carry out species control operations for the environmental authority.
