An owner of premises in relation to which a species control order is made may appeal to the First-tier Tribunal against— the making of the order, or any provision of the order. The First-tier Tribunal may— affirm the order, direct the environmental authority which made the order to revoke or amend it, in the case of an order under paragraph 10(2)(c) (emergency), suspend the order, or make such other order as the Tribunal thinks fit.
