Schedule 9A, Part 5, paragraph 25

The Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers may (separately or jointly) make arrangements for the payment of compensation to an owner of premises in respect of financial loss resulting from— a species control agreement or order, or the exercise of the powers of entry under this Schedule. The arrangements may secure that compensation is payable only for financial loss above a specified amount.
