Schedule 9B, Part 2, paragraph 2(3)

The places referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b)(ii) are— an establishment to which a relevant licence or permit has been granted, a facility to which a relevant licence has been granted, a place where the animal was to be humanely killed.
