Schedule 9B, Part 2, paragraph 3(5)

For the purposes of sub-paragraph (2)(b), the relevant period is— in relation to an activity mentioned in sub-paragraph (3)(a) to (c), 2 years, in relation to an activity mentioned in sub-paragraph (3)(d), 1 year.
