A person so authorised to enter premises may not demand admission as of right to any land which is occupied unless— the entry is for a purpose mentioned in subsection (1)(a) or (b) and at least 24 hours' notice of the intended entry has been given; the entry is for a purpose mentioned in subsection (1)(c) or (d); or the entry is for a purpose mentioned in subsection (1)(e) and at least 14 days' notice of the intended entry has been given.
