Section 14ZA(1)

Subject to the provisions of this Part, a person is guilty of an offence if he sells, offers or exposes for sale, or has in his possession or transports for the purposes of sale— an animal or plant to which this section applies, or anything from which such an animal or plant can be reproduced or propagated.
