A section 16AA licence— must— specify the person to whom the licence is granted (“the licence holder”), identify the area of land, by reference to a map, to which the licence relates, specify any reasonable conditions the relevant authority considers appropriate to attach to the licence, and may be granted or renewed for a period not exceeding 5 years.
