Section 18D(3)

In subsection (1)— paragraphs (a) and (b) do not confer power to enter a dwelling except for purposes connected with— a Group 2 licence or a relevant registration held by an occupier of the dwelling, or an application by an occupier of the dwelling for a Group 2 licence or a relevant registration, and paragraph (c) does not confer any power to enter a dwelling.
