Section 19ZD(10)

In this section— “specimen” has the same meaning as in section 19ZC; in relation to a specimen which is a part of, or is derived from, a bird, other animal or plant, references to determining its origin, identity or ancestry are to determining the origin, identity or ancestry of the bird, other animal or plant. “tissue” means any type of biological material other than blood.
