Section 21(4B)

A person guilty of an offence under section 19XB(1)(a) or (2)(a) in relation to a wildlife inspector entering premises to ascertain whether an offence under section 14 or 14ZA is being or has been committed shall be liable— on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
