Section 27AA(2)

Subsection (3) applies where— any provision of sections 28 to 34 requires the Natural Resources Body for Wales to give a notification or notice to the local planning authority in whose area land is situated, and all or part of the land is included in a strategic planning area designated under section 60D of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 the area of a corporate joint committee to which Part 6 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 applies by virtue of regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 .
